"Just Mickey" (1930) Black and White

Here is a nice black & white Mickey. The set-up is from two different films (see below).

I was concerned about the impact of our low humidity on the paint, but the area where it is displayed is humidified AND the paint is really thick!

Here are my notes in the database (which are based, in large part, on the opinion of the seller and others that have reviewed the item):

----- DATABASE NOTES -----

From “Just Mickey” (1930) and “The Haunted House” (1929). A black & white Mickey Mouse setup from films directed by Walt Disney. Seller notes: The cel of Mickey is one of the oldest original, untrimmed (full field) cel of Mickey known to exist with original paint. It was used in the film “Just Mickey” (copyrighted as “Fiddling Around”), which was released March 6, 1930. The double brow on Mickey's face indicate its early origins. The background is from the 1929 ‘Mickey Mouse’ short “The Haunted House.” The full field production background is of the interior of the Haunted House and is in excellent condition. Acquired 2004.
