"Melody Time: 7 Pecos Bill" (1946) [13/16] - Cel of Pecos Bill

I don't have any cels of Bill smoking, but this is a pretty good example of what Bill was all about -- skilled and a show-off! The cel is framed over a background from Chip an' Dale's "Winter Storage" (1949). Note the rope-like carving on the frame to match the texture of the Bill's rope.
