It's a Chip & Dale cel on a real production background. The film is unknown. Along with the cel and background was this insert from the Art Corner. Not shown is the original Art Corner shipping envelope...
I thought it was a great pair -- certainly speaks to an earlier time!

I think this cell is from the Disney TV Show "The Adventures of Chip and Dale." At this point, Chip and Dale are jumping on two sides of a blotter. I'll have to look it up...

Art corner was known for having fantastic artists sketch cells for guests. Bill Justice made several visits to draw his Chip and Dale images. My understanding is that though these are original works of art-- they are copies of what was used for the shorts. The archive has all the shorts cells.
